FZA Dexterity School has been founded since 2019, aiming to train skilled human resources to work in Fouladin Zob Amol factory. The training focuses on the needs assessment accomplished by the factory human resources unit and in accordance with the job descriptions provided by the related unit.

The list of training courses will be sent to the dexterity school after receiving final confirmation from education commission, in the beginning of each year. It will take effect after planning and coordination.

Right now, the educational subjects related to Farasanat factory is being taught in this center, in addition to training the staff of Fouladin Zob Amol. FZA dexterity school aims to expand its relation with other industries in Amol and cosponsor the education of their employees.
